New Student Enrollment
Online enrollment is available for parents whose student(s) meet either of the following criteria:
- The student will be enrolling in Keller ISD for the first time; or
- The student has been enrolled in Keller ISD in the past but is not currently enrolled with the District.

Before scheduling your required appointment for enrollment, you must complete our District’s Online Enrollment link.

A valid email address is required for online enrollment. If you do not have an email and need a free email account, please click on your link of choice: Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, iCloud, AOL

You will need the following documentation to upload to the online enrollment platform:

Proof of residency, which is defined as: Current Water, Electric or Gas bill dated within 30 days, Rental Agreement, or Buyers Contract.

Parent Driver’s License

Student Identification (Birth Certificate or Valid Passport)

Immunization Records. Current immunization requirements

Please email a copy of your students transcript if high school credit has been earned to KHSEnrollment@kellerisd.net This will speed up the enrollment process and ensure proper placement of classes.

You will be emailed pre-set dates and times to choose from for your virtual enrollment appointment once all documentation has been reviewed and approved.

If your student has participated in a homeschooling program, please be prepared to submit the following documentation:

Textbooks, Work Samples, Graded Work Samples, Assessments, Graded Assessments, Home School Transcripts

PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment is not complete until all required documents are received. Students will not be placed on a class roster until registration is completed.
Withdrawing Your Student from KHS
A student may only be withdrawn from school by his/her parent or guardian. To receive withdrawal or transfer papers for your student, all textbooks, library books, and any club's or organization's equipment must be returned prior to the withdrawal.

Moving over the summer?
If you are planning to move over the summer break and will be attending another school for the following school year, please print and complete an Intent to Move form. Return the completed and signed form to the Registrar's office prior to the last week of school.
Please contact the Registrar for complete instructions on withdrawing your student and receiving withdrawal papers, which are needed for enrollment in the new school.
Transcript/Records Requests
Keller ISD is pleased to help assist current and former students access transcripts, attendance records, and employment verifications.
These records can now be securely purchased online through Keller ISD's partnership with ScribSoft. Those requesting records can do so from the comfort of their home.

Please note: These are the only methods to obtain an official Keller ISD transcript. Any other companies online suggesting they can provide academic transcripts from Keller ISD or charging for a copy of the form should not be trusted.
