Verification of Enrollment (VOE)
The Verification of Enrollment form may take up to 2 business days to process. Please note: we do not send an email confirmation after you sign up or notify you when it is ready. VOEs are available for student pick up in the AP Office before or after school and during passing periods and lunches. Students should not leave during their class period to pick up their VOE. VOE forms will not be emailed or faxed directly to you or to the DMV.
Summer VOEs are valid from May 22 through August 11 for DMV appointments during summer break. Regular VOEs remain valid for 30 days from the issuance date. Requesting both versions is not needed.
A Verification of Enrollment is required for obtaining a permit and driver's license. Per State guidelines, attendance will affect students receiving a VOE. Any student that was denied credit for a class due to attendance will not be eligible for a VOE. Starting the 2nd 9 weeks of school, students who owe any seat time will be denied a VOE until seat time recovery has been made.
